My thoughts??

hmmmm.....Interesting concepts. Most of the tools explored I am still not interested in. Best part was creating a playlist. I wouldn't mind future explorations.

Digital Media

Another option in borrowing library materials.

Podcasts

Useful tool to advertise library activities.

UTUBE

I don't care for it, never cared for it. My mind hasn't changed about You Tube. Most of it has no credible substance.

WEB 2.0 Awards

Great for entertainment purposes only. I found the one liners amusing.

OnLineProductivity

Not having all the software on your computer is a plus. Having that kind of information, spreadsheets and such on the 'net, is a minus.

PBCLSWiki

It could be a good thing for targeted staff.

Wikis

Wikis can be beneficial as long as you're ok with it being broadcasted on the 'net.

web 2.0 perspective

It can be useful when work related.

Technorati

Great tool if you want to read every blog anyone ever posted on the web from a certain tag.

del.icio.us

What???? I explored it and found NO connection whatsoever to chocolate!!!
Yeah, it can be a handy tool for bookmarks if you WANT to have your bookmarks published. I have no use for it.

New Techonology

New technology can be very benificial in today's 'net society. But along with that, the risk of losing your anonimity has become greater. Sharing my pictures through Flickr or similar accounts by being posted on the internet is not something that appeals to me.

Posting & Libraries

A useful tool in sharing information.

71/2 Habits

After I finally went through the tutorial, my opinion still stands. The whole concept is common sense. My point of view has always been: When I stop learning, I will die. Life is a constant education. You take the responsibility to do what you need with that.
And, play...yes. Have fun, enjoy the process of living.

I am not comfortable publishing my feelings on a blog. I guess I just did, huh?
